Menu: Antipasti--Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Gerard and Dominique’s Smoked Trout with Horseradish and Cucumber, Primi--Duck Confit Salad with Sautéed Red Cabbage and Goat Cheese, Secondi--Braised Beef Short Ribs with Faro and Escarole, Dolce--Roasted Seckel Pears with Caramel Gelato.
