We are happy to welcome Chef Daisley Gordon back to Dish it up! for an amazing evening celebrating the renowned cuisine from Campagne. Another Seattle standard in the Pike Place Market, Campagne has been recognized with accolades from all over the country including Zagat, Conde Nast Traveller, Wine Spectator and more. First Course: Mussels Mariniere simply with white wine onions, shallots, garlic, celery, fresh herbs and butter. Second Course: Green salad with lemon verjus vinaigrette. Third Course: Cafe Campagnes Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. Side dishes: Caramelized button mushrooms, Pomes aligot-mash potatoes mixed with melted mountain cheese.
