Ingredient
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast – 1/2 cup peri peri sauce (store-bought or homemade) – 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp smoked paprika – 1 tsp cumin – Salt and pepper, to taste – Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the peri peri sauce, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
-Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F. -Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush with olive oil. -Grill or bake the chicken for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve the chicken with rice, potatoes, or vegetables and garnish with parsley or cilantro if desired.
If you want to make it more spicy or less spicy, you can adjust the amount of peri peri sauce and pepper according to your taste
