1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 6-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. 3. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, oil, applesauce, pumpkin puree, and egg.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the water. Beat until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
