Carrot cake is a type of cake that contains grated carrots as an ingredient. It is typically flavored with spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg

The cake is often frosted with cream cheese frosting. Carrot cake is a popular dessert and can be enjoyed as a breakfast treat as well.  

Ingredients 

2 cups all-purpose flour,2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
