Ingredients 

1 pre-made pizza crust, 1 cup elbow macaroni, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder,

1/4 teaspoon paprika, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumb

Instructions 

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.

Slowly whisk in the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and continue to whisk until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
