– 2 lbs ground beef (85% or 90% lean) – 1 medium onion, finely chopped – 2large egg – 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 3 Tbsp ketchup – 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped – 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumb – 1/3 cup milk

– 11/2 tsp salt, or to taste – 11/2 tsp Italian seasoning – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp ground paprika

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a  large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients except milk. Gradually add milk until mixture is just moist and combines easily.

3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. 4. Bake for 45 minutes, then pour glaze over the loaf.

5. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
